SALEI dynamic-tilt cutting head with tolerance control can produce high-precision parts, and can cut faster remarkably than the conventional waterjet.
The system in patent application utilizes a newly-developed advanced motioning system which has unique precision operation cutting mode to control a set of fine motioning joints mounted on the jet cutting head so as to control the universal tilt motion of the waterjet cutting head. The joint allows the jet cutting head to tilt to any directions so as to compensate taper and stream lag that the conventional water jet has during cutting.
Water stream lag and tap are natural phenomena that each user wants to eliminate, but faster waterjet cutting results in larger stream lag which causes the geometrical deformation of a part cut, and faster cutting speed results in bigger taper.
The conventional waterjet has the limitation of slowing down the speed to reduce or eliminate the tolerance of a workpiece caused by stream lag and taper, which are avoided by the Teenking dynamic-tilt cutting head.

Salei dynamic-tilt cutting head can position the jet cutting head at a certain angle for cutting, and can precisely counteract the error of natural taper generated during water jet cutting.
The taper does not disappear, it just moves to the scrap side (which causes the section of the scrap side to turn into double tilt), leaving you a part you require with a vertical cut (obtaining a cut of almost zero taper). And this is especially suitable for cutting thicker material.
What the Salei dynamic-tilt cutting head can make but the conventional water-jet cutting head can’t achieve.

Typical features
1. Automatically reducing the taper without additional programming and correction (with common two-dimensional programming software, such as CAD, Corel Draw, etc. can make it.);
2. Counteracting taper, with the maximal taper of ±10°;
3. Being used for tilt cutting of ±10° below;
4. Having the automatic vertical function, this ensures that the jet cutting head can return to the position totally vertical to the work piece for cutting.
5. Drive controlled by five-axis servo system.

Parts of Cutting Head
Salei Water Jet provides a Flow type cutting head and an ACCU high efficiency cutting head imported with original packaging from American, of which, the ACCU cutting head can improve the cutting speed by more than 20% in condition of same cutting state (under conditions of same cutting head, same dimensions of jewel nozzles, same quantity of abrasive and same pressure).

1. Mixing Tube: the mixing tube imported with original packaging from American can perfectly mix garnet abrasive with high pressure water stream to exert maximal cutting efficiency. Matched with the cutting head and jewel nozzle imported with original packaging from American, the service life of the mixing tube can reach to 150-250 hours (under the state of cutting with normal abrasive quantity)
2. Jewel Nozzle: the jewel nozzle imported with original packaging from American has the service life up to more 70 hours (under the condition of good water quality). Diamond nozzle: the diamond nozzle imported with original packing from American has the service life up to 1500 hours (under the condition of good water quality), and is an optimal choice for maintenance-free continuous running.
3. Anti-water return valve: under the condition of plugging of the cutting head by big abrasive particles or leakage of the high pressure water switch, etc., high pressure water is easy to back into the abrasive valve to damage it, but the anti-water return valve can effectively avoid these situations to make the processing be finished smoothly.
