General Description
This machine is the special forming equipment for producing the highway guardrail,the complete machine adopts the cold forming, cold punching, and automatic stack, industrial automation controlling system and precision machining technology. Therefore it can run full automatically, including decoiling, forming, cutting to length and stacking. Shift every month can produce 600 tons (max).

Techniques flow
Loading steel coil → decoiling →feeding and leveling → side shearing → punching to length → roll forming → cutting →product stacking → moving out the product
